If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it or take it back.

What we can take back

• Ready-made pieces — unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, in their original packaging.
• Anything that reached you damaged, or that is not what you ordered. Tell us straight away and the return costs you nothing.

What we cannot take back

• Custom tailoring, and any piece stitched or altered to your measurements. It is cut for one person and cannot be sold to anyone else. Please check your measurements carefully before you confirm — if you are unsure of any of them, ask us first.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +974 330 85019, or email almasladiestailoring@gmail.com, with your order number. We will tell you how to send the piece back, or arrange to collect it.
