These terms cover everything you buy from Almas Fashion, in our shop at Al Muntaza, Shop 05, Doha, or through this website.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Other currencies shown on the site are a guide only; you pay in QAR. We accept Cash on Delivery — please have the amount ready for the courier.

Orders

An order is a request until we confirm it. We confirm by telephone or WhatsApp. If a piece turns out to be unavailable we will tell you, and you pay nothing.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Qatar within 7 days. Delivery is QAR 50 on orders under QAR 300, and free on QAR 300 and above.

Custom tailoring

We quote a price before anything is cut — on WhatsApp, by telephone, through this website, or in the shop — and the price is fixed once you accept it. Work begins from that point, and a new piece takes about three days to make. Because a made-to-measure piece is cut for one person, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your measurements before you confirm.

Returns

Ready-made pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, unworn and with the tags attached. See our Returns & Exchange page for the full rules.
