How long does it take to complete a tailored outfit? + −
Depending on the design complexity and workload, custom tailoring usually takes 5 to 10 working days. If you need express or urgent delivery, please inform us while placing your order so we can accommodate your schedule.
What if the outfit requires adjustments after delivery? + −
We prioritize your complete satisfaction. If you notice any fitting issues after receiving your garment, our in-house master tailors will provide necessary alterations free of hassle.
Do you offer trial fittings before final delivery? + −
Answer: Yes. To ensure a flawless fit, we arrange trial fittings for custom orders so necessary adjustments can be made before final finishing.
Can I bring my own fabric? + −
Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own fabric, and our tailors will craft the garment according to your design and fit preferences. Alternatively, you can choose from our wide range of premium in-house fabrics.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? + −
We deliver anywhere in Qatar within 7 days of your order being confirmed. Delivery is QAR 50 on orders under QAR 300, and free on orders of QAR 300 and above.
Orders
How do I place an order? + −
Choose your size and colour, add the item to your cart and complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Payment
Is an advance payment required to confirm an order? + −
Yes, a partial deposit is required at the time of order confirmation to begin processing and cutting your garment. Our team will provide the exact payment details during your consultation.
How do I pay? + −
We currently accept Cash on Delivery across Qatar — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card payment will be added soon.
Returns
Can I exchange an item? + −
Yes — a ready-made piece can be exchanged or returned within 7 days, unworn and with the tags still attached.
Custom tailoring, and anything stitched to your own measurements, cannot be exchanged, because it is cut for one person. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the rest.

Our custom tailoring process is simple and straightforward:
